Whole week keeps raining. Did not anticipate the rain yesterday. So ken and I got ourselves drenched like a dog halfway through our cycle at ecp. Totally annoyed. Everytime we go ecp sure rain. Boycott!
Later that evening watched Happy Ending with vic and company at Drama Centre in the National Library. No parking lots were available anywhere. So landed ourselves in Carlton Hotel's carpark and had to run to the library as we were going to be late. Traffic jam everywhere. Followed by a drink at maxwell food centre.
Today had dim sum lunch at redhill, before catching Simpsons at Tiong Bahru. Reached home and settled down at 6.00pm.
Oh yes, I passed my elementary 1 Japanese test. Oral 6/10; written 80/100. Anyway I wouldn't say they are easy, however I wouldn't say they are easy to fail either. The company needs to make money from us. So how would they fail us so easily? After all, what I opined is that we learn at least a little out of it. That' the crux of them all. Gonna register for elementary 2 this week.
Was chatting with alvin a few days ago. Came to our suprise that we are both taking the same course at the same school. Though he's a few lessons behind me.
It's the start of another new week soon. Everyday I look forward to a weekend.

I am so stress. Stress over my jap test tonight. Gonna be oral and written. Must get at least 60% so as to proceed to next stage of beginner's course. If not it will be "ban tu er fei."
Yesterday after work I went bugis shop around. Bought apple strudel. Hoping to destress myself. Anyway I have given some thoughts. What makes a difference even if I pass or fail? Haiz. No matter what there's an urge for me to pass in every paper that I sit for. Be it significant or insignificant. Vic came to pick me up at 9pm for home. Continued to study after settling down.
Studied last minute. Yet now still veri blur. Yesterday night wanted to sleep but whole mind kept flashing those funny word characters. No choice took a sleeping pill haha. "kusuri o nomi-masu."
Gonna leave my house (boku no uchi) at 4.30pm (gogo yon-juu-ji san-jippun). Have to go down to CK Store at Paragon to punch hole on my belt that nb bought.
Tesuto wa roku-ji-han kara ku-ji-han made desu. (Test will be from 6.30pm to 9.30pm).
Gambatte kudasai.
Just received a msg from nb tis morning. Looking forward to meet her on mon for dinner. O-hissashiburi-desu-ne. It's been a long time isnt' it?

Day 02: Sunday 08 July 2007 - Haikou to Sanya
Hotel's Chinese breakfast. So simple.

At Five Officials' Temple.

Su Dong Po's statue. Realised everywhere I go to in China I will come across this statue. So sian.

Tortoise carrying a tomb.

Mao Zedong

On the way back to hotel for check-out.

South Station, where we took the bus to Sanya (S$16.00 per way).

Revising my Japanese on the 3.5 hours ride to Sanya. Exam is on the 26th, yet I am still in the "wakarimasen" mode.
On tuk tuk to Yalong Bay National Park, where our hotel is located.

Reaching a road intersection by tuktuk, where we had to change to a taxi. Tuktuk can't drive into hotel premises. Haha. Out of no choice we took a tuktuk because there was no taxi. So cheapo right! Anyway we did enjoy the ride.
Introducing Sanya Marriott Resort & Spa (S$200 per room per nite).
Lobby Lounge

Outdoor shower is so great!
