Thought of taking mc this morning but went back to work instead. Dismissed at noon and reached home an hour to nap.
Japanese class earlier was a mock listening comprehension to prepare for next week's test. Was in a totally 'wakarimasen' mode at first, but managed to grasp a little here and there.
Next friday I shall take mc. So as to prepare myself during the day.
Tomorrow will be meeting nb for dinner. Long time no see.
Sian.

Dismissed from work early today at 2.30pm and reached home an hour later. Napped from 4 to 6.
Bought a pack of vegetarian rice and soya milk before hopping onto a bus for east coast park.
It has been so long since I spent time alone. Somehow I just felt like doing it tonight. The last time I did it was about a year ago.
Sat on a bench under the cloudy sky, but thank goodness it did not rain. Many thoughts ran through my mind. Of the past, present and future. Missed poly days so much and can hardly wait for nus term to commence a year later. Have lost touch with some used-to-be good friends. When they used to be around, I admit I somehow took their presence for granted. Nevertheless have found some new friends who are good. Perhaps the Chinese saying "old ones don't go, new ones don't come" really applies in this case.
Planned to walk home but halfway through my bladder calls for the loo. So took a bus home, even though I was left with only a few bus stops away from home.
Reached home at 8.30pm in time for a splattering good time.

Had dinner with second sis and mum yesterday at block 18 there. Finally see sis as she's been away for long. Thought she was married out.
Queued for the usual long queue at the cuttlefish kangkong stall. Anyway long queue means the food must be good. That is a Singaporean mindset. Indeed it was yummy.
Had fishball noodles and char kway teow also.
Was browsing Sentosa's website and stumbled upon "Universal Studios Sentosa."
Check out
http://www.resortsworldatsentosa.com/universal.htm.
Can't imagine the island will become a Malaysian-run affair.

Had lunch at Fo You Yuan Vegetarian Restaurant at Geylang.
Had spinach soup (just like blended vegetable colour), ate bee hoon which was really shiny like glass noodles. mango fried with mee suah? Crispy. Also deep fried prawns.
Took a long drive back to my place. Then we had foot, shoulder and neck massage for an hour at Feet's Talk for 38 bucks. Very shiok. Haha.
Reached home and started writing my new Chinese name for 118 times.
Finally settled down.

We had lunch at Kim Gary HK restaurant in Vivocity.
Cream soup for vic, Minnestrone for me;
Pork cutlet baked rice;Mini chicken wings;
and Mango juice for vic, iced milk tea for me.
It was nice and costs only about S$36.00 total.
Saw my primary school tuition teacher sitting beside the glass window. 越补越糟。 It was always the case whenever I had a tuition teacher. She was my last.
Reached home at 4 pm plus and started revising for the previous night's Japanese lesson because I could not grasp the concept well. Now I do finally.
Tomorrow have to change my name: 黄竣雄 to 黄敬雄 between 5pm and 7pm by writing 118 times, later placing in a northeast direction. That's alot man!! Have prepared blue papers and blue markers. Shall double count the papers again tomorrow just in case.
Blue is my lucky colour. Also grey, red and white. Have to eat more red coloured food also. Shall start liking ang ku kueh which I used to call my secondary school's discipline master behind his back.
Shall change my blog's background colour to blue. Thank god pink isn't my lucky colour. If not I don't know how am I to accept it.

A little of the Thai Culture. Just gotten my pics for the short getaway to Bkk from
22-25 August 2007.
Climbing Wat Arun reminded me of Angkor Wat. Very high, though not as high as Angkor Wat, but it was enough to make my legs turned jelly. Now I can confirm I got height phobia.

I took this pic cos of the "don't know Thai girls or Eurasian girls" at the corner. They were really chio (real live).
All these for less than 200 bahts at Fuji chain of Japanese restaurants scattered throughout Bkk.

Cheap cheap also, beside Asia Hotel, for 180 over baht.
Slurp slurp haha! In Patpong. Imagine if that signboard were to be put up by de shop owner in Singapore, the government will tear it down straight away and dunno wat follows.

Costs about SGD30.00. Similar price as shin-ka-po-ru.

Sushi Tei at MBK. Expensive. About SGD 15.00 per set.
My salmon tasted like chicken breast. Dry and hard.
Twin Towers Hotel

I saw ghost here. No joke ok.

Weekend's over. Hadn't enjoyed myself due to sore eyes. Today is supposed to be off-in-lieu yet I went to see doctor. Got an mc. Maybe override my off.
Saturday (13 Oct) watched Resident Evil: Extinction at Great World City after dinner along Henderson Road. Very exciting. These days I realise I enjoy watching thriller genre movie more than any other types.
Yesterday (Sun 14 Oct) made an unexpected pilgrimage trip to Kusu Island in the afternoon. Not many people going to Kusu Island by the time we reached Marina South Pier. I remember most go in the morning at 7am. My last trip there was 8 years ago when I was in sec 2. How time flies. Dunno what is like for me 8 years later.
We ate char kway teow, laksa and fried oysters there. The fried oysters took so long to get ready. One pek chek aunty even threw temper at the hawker. Haha. Thought come to Kusu Island must be 心平 type. Cannot anyhow scold people. The fried oysters tasted like shit. The most sucky I have ever tried such that I don't finish all up, despite being one of the most "scared to waste food" being on earth. Somemore 6 bucks for a medium plate.

Saw this riverboat restaurant (Steword Riverboat) at Marina South Pier; it used to be at Sentosa ferry terminal; been there before in Year 1995 and never knew it can be moved

Our ferry reminded me of lifeboats used as tender by SuperStar Virgo; small and cramped; did not have the luck to take Batam Fast
Da Bo Gong Temple at Kusu Island
Then we head to Eastpoint in Simei before I met up with jv at Orchard for dinner at yoshinoya. Everywhere was crowded with many indonesians.
Today went Bugis and had vegetarian lunch beside Kwan Im temple. After that prayed before we returned home.
Long weekend is over in a blink of eyes.

Bought a bottle of herbal tea for frigging 8 dollars. Never bought any herbal tea that cost so much in my whole life. Thanks to my pimples which I supposed is due to too much heatiness. They are popping everywhere. Forehead, face and neck. The most irritating part - nose.
Haiz. F pimples, F pus. I am getting more and more depressed over it. Just like that of poly days.

Have been feeling restless throughout my sleep the whole night. And I made up a decision not to wake up early (at 10am) for lunch and stuff with vic.
So at 10am I sent a message saying I had sore eyes. Haha. And slept all the way to 1pm. It has been so long since I slept till so late on a sunday. That's what I call a lazy sunday.
One sis is out of singapore, the other gone missing. So only left with mum and I at home. Mum on mc haha.
Tomorrow is the start of a dreadful week. Every week, oh it's so repetitive.
How I hope everyday is a vacation trip.
December is the only thing I look forward to now.
