Finalli down wif financial management quiz 2. first question on calculating cost of capital alone gave mi a nervous shock. still managed to derive an answer that falls within de five options of A to E's mcq question.

Finally I'm down with flu. Served mi rite for those long, late nites of studying and lack of sleep. Pimples are popping out. Shall not be too lazy with my facial cleansing regime.
Aniwae was veri surprised by de cheap airfares lately. S$0.01 one-way offered by tigers, and other promotional fares by jetstar n airasia. What's more? All these are valid for travel during december vacation.
Checked a round-trip fare to hanoi by tigers at onli about S$150. Can u believe it?? It's too hard for mi to resist, but I should be a little more disciplined. To guangzhou round-trip fare is onli $270? Fuggingly cheap! Fares checked were for december.
Bet these budget airlines really have to slash their prices in view of the weak economy. Firstly, by doing so, they run lesser risk of flying empty seats. Owing to their low contribution margin and its nature of the business is so dependent on the economy, they can seriously go bankrupt if they continue selling at normal prices. They certainly need more loads per flight than premium airlines to break-even.
Secondly, perhaps in this difficult times, people who still have an itchy feet can veri well tap into this cost advantage of the cheap fares to travel! Kota kinabalu is now like S$0 by jetstar! Of cos, adding taxes, it amount to about $140.
It's not too bad after all to travel in spite of the current economic situation i suppose.

Everione in uni is so competitive. Totalli not any freerider problems like how I encountered in poly. In fact, I have been feeling more like a freerider now that i am in uni. Good n bad feeling.
Still hafta juggle wif ma japanese course. After tis intermediate level ends, tink i gonna stop for awhile cos I seriousli haf no time for it!
Last sat had japanese test which i dun even noe until dat day itself! Onli had 2 hours to revise. In de end, I still felt happi cos I noe i can pass. Veri difficult though. More n more kanji (those chinese characters).

Next week onwards, it's chiong-ing for IT project and gear up for tests and final exams.
