Woke up at ten plus with an eagerness to jog but when I was about to reach the stadium, I saw the audience seats being filled with secondary school students. Sports heat again. Instead of shedding my weight, I added with mee rebus and soya milk.

Reading on corporate governance. While a company's annual report gives a fair view on its performance and may seems healthy enough for investors to invest in the company, nevertheless, a company might collapse because of poor corporate governance. Is it because there is an individual within a company having too much an influence or power such that he makes almost all decisions even if they were detriment to the company? One can discuss corporate governance based on a few aspects such as the 'agency' theory, transaction cost economies, stakeholder's approach and etc. I'll read on...
