Some customers are really fucking! Today I argued with one malay woman over the phone over her fucking package booking. Kept pestering us to demand for her hotel voucher and kept asking when she will get to know if her room has been confirmed!
Malay woman: When will I know if the hotel room has been confirmed (in her demanding tone)?
ME: (Already agitated and in my meanest tone) Once the hotel has given us a reponse we will call you up don't worry!
Malay woman: This is not what I want to hear. I want to know the definite time whether or not my room will be confirmed.
ME: I already told you once the hotel has faxed us a confirmation, we will inform you! I don't own the hotel so how am I going to tell when the hotel is going to confirm or not!
Malay woman: You see, now that I have got 14 people under your booking, no matter what I need to have the rooms!
ME: I repeat, I don't own the hotel so if the hotel is not going to confirm your booking I will refund you full amount!
Malay woman: If I book from others I will get an immediate response as to whether my room has been confirmed or not!
ME: You are wrong madam. You can check with Five Stars Tours or whatsoever, they'll still need the same length of time to confirm your hotel booking!
Malay woman: No. If I book online I can get an immediate response!
ME: Then you can book online in the first place!
Malay woman: I don't book online because I want to buy the package!
ME: Alright, now I can only tell you I don't own the hotel so I can't say if there are rooms or no rooms! Even if you are the only person travelling or as a group of 14, we treat it equally. Got room means got room, no room means no room and we will refund.
Malay woman: You keeps repeating you don't own the hotel uh! This is not what I want to hear!
ME: Aiya you can talk to Meiyin lah! (Thereafter, I hung up the phone. On hanging up the phone, I could hear the Malay woman shouting "hello! hello! hello!")
Crazy woman which is not worth my breath! If I keep repeating the same line that "I don't own the hotel," it's all thanks to her brainless brain that do not seem to get what I say into her pea-sized brain head!

Oh and yah, LONG MEIYIN is dating alton today! Jiayou meiyin... But sc seems like being the lightbulb by joining them in the evening hahahahahaha......
