These few days my and I seem like promoting transtar and aeroline, instead of our own company - airebus. Had my bosses let me stay in hotel in kl, I would not have done that!

When a customer called in and ask:

Customer: "The coach can accommodate how many passengers?"

Me: "33 passengers! Sometimes it's quite cramp! If you want a more spacious coach, you can go to Transtar where they have 16-seater coach which comes with a personal tv and massage chair as well."

Customer: "Is airebus and transtar related?"

ME: "No ma'am, we are unrelated. I am putting you first by provide alternative."

Customer: "Oh thank you, thank you! " (In eagerness).

Today at work has been even more hilarious. Sazali, the malaysian coach driver, ran to my counter in a haste and ask in Bahasa Melayu "Where's the bus? Where's the bus??" I was like 'uh-huh you're the coach driver and you ask me where's the bus?

Then I realised that the coach driver was left stranded. The other coach driver left without him hahahahahahaha. Big boss was here in Singapore at the counter with us and I was kinda shocked "Oh shit, will henry (big boss) scold him publicly?" Luckily he didn't.

The coach finally u-turned and picked him up.

A Hotel Asia restaurant staff just came to inquire at our coach.

Women: "Where do you all stop in K.L.? Is it near the airport?"

Us (My, Sc and I): "No it's more than an hour's ride to the airport in the outskirt and far away from the city centre."

Women: "Oh it would be better if it's in the city centre uh! And S$47 one way is quite expensive if this is the case."

Us: "Do you use internet? If yes you can go www.aeroline.com.sg."

We laughed out loud!

Later we're going to watch M.I. 3 together with Alton, the eurasian bellhop. Ahahaha.

Tomorrow is my off day, but I'll have to wake up earlier than usual to attend Nanyang Business School admission interview at 1120. So tiring.

We're a lot of demoralised staff.
