My stomach was growling... and I knew it was time for dinner. I was all changed and raring to go off hotel asia after work.

I met up with second sis at plaza singapura, where we had our dinner at lao beijing (old peking) restaurant. I had my pay, so the dinner was on my account as promised. It came up to be a mere 69.30 bucks for two person, akin to prices at soup restaurant.

On entering the restaurant, it was as if I had landed in old china, as the name of the restaurant suggested. Fine northern china cuisines were served on china ware. On my right was one china national blabbering at 2 singaporean business partners. On my left were japanese appreciating fine chinese cuisines. In front of me was second sister slurping on "zha jiang mian." We also ordered "gong bao ji ding" or sichuan chicken, "hong shao dou fu" or braised beancurd, braised cabbage as well as peking "guotie." The soya bean milk tastes great, but could be better if it's a bit more thick.

After dinner, I followed my usual customs; that is to shit at the toilet before following mum home. A friend of mine (forgotten who) said my metabolism is perfect. But I say my intestine is very short, perhaps straight down to my anus.
