Worked out in the gym in camp the day before. Now my thighs and butt are in pain. It has been long since I gone to the gym. Thanks to NDP duty.

Finally I made a trip to Changi Village Hotel for its spa, called The Retreat. If not nb's going to kill me for not using her voucher, given to me as birthday present.

My appointment was at 1pm. I reached there promptly. On reporting Cris, the mamasan there, handed me a Calvin Klein's shopping bag. I was shocked to see presents inside. And she told me it was from my lovely friend lol! I was so touched. Really=)

After a short casual conversation she led me to a dimly-lit and scented waiting room where my therapist served me a cup of oligomer tea and took my blood pressure.

I went to my private treatment room where my 'Thalasso Spa' treatment awaited me. After a hot bath, aromatic steam and soaking in cool water, I donned on a kimono and had my feet soaked in golden metal basin. A sea salt scrub on my body (finest quality from France) was followed by thalasso body massage and aromatic scalp massage. At some point I can't help but giggled as it was so ticklish.
