Vic just had school holiday for a week so do not have to teach. This means lots of cooking prepared for me till I felt very guilty of those calories intake. Tonic soup boiled with black beans, pork ribs, red dates etc), veggies, spare ribs... Input > output = weight gain. And my tummy managed to shed just a little even with horrendous abs exercise. It's a torture!

Donated blood on friday after with with daniel. He's the one who invited me. Quite a fun process though as a first timer I was a little nervous. But totally painless process. However for the 2 days after donating I felt my heart is panting for breath. As though jogging on a treadmill nonstop. Think it's because of lesser blood, the heart has to work extra hard to pump blood?

Met jv after that and we had dinner at people's park hawker centre near to bloodbank. Went home after that as I was too tired.

Yesterday went cycling at ecp with ken. It's been a long time since we met. As I've just donated blood, I find myself cycling at a very slow pace. Energy-less and heart pained me a little. Lousy me. Called nb and chatted with her. She's forever busy with work. Shuttling to and fro kl? And found yourself a husband there? Good!

This afternoon had lunch at thai express at siglap wit vic. Must try its soft shell crab rice. Very nice. Sweet and crispy.

Work tml again. Super sian.
