Finally I am on mc today.

Woke up as early as 6.30am, had nasi lemak for breakfast at bedok interchange before queuing to see doctor at polyclinic. Did not expect the queue to be so long at such early hours. I reached there at 7.45am.

Left only at 9.15am for east coast park. Cycled for an hour nonstop. Realised I cycled like a tortoise. Even those ah peks from behind managed to cycle past and way ahead of me.

Went parkway parade to shop for awhile. Bought Vitamin A and Vitamin E from Watson's for my stupid skin. Cost forty over bucks. Had I bought from GNC, I would have paid double.

Also bought from Fox Men (with 15% discount using UOB card) a winter jacket (SGD69.00) and scarve (SGD23.00), and ear muffs from Winter Time (SGD6.90).

Reached my place at 1pm, bought a big packet of bak chor mee. Slept and woke up for dinner.

Checked weight and saw an increase of 2kg!!! Hence, a 30-minute sit-up session, but only managed to shed 0.5kg. Sigh.

Tml dental appointment in the morning, work in the afternoon and movie in the evening. I'm undecided though.
